Honeycomb root shelf

$300.00

A hand-crafted wall-mounted propagation station built from a variety of hardwoods. Each features a hexagonal parquetry panel made from shop sawn veneers that create a radiating sunburst of grain and tone. Three glass test tubes sit recessed into the box that houses the panel. Perfect for rooting pothos, philodendron, or other favorite cuttings in water.

The piece hangs flush to the wall via a hidden keyhole slot on the back — no visible hardware, just a clean floating profile. As your cuttings root and grow, the shelf doubles as living wall art, with vines free to trail and climb along the wall around it.

Details:

Dimensions: 14” x 6.5” x 3”

Options: Walnut frame or Cherry Frame with mixed species hexagon inlay.

Each comes with three 50 mL test tubes with 1 inch diameter.

Wall mounted via keyhole hanger, hangs flush, no visible screws.

Finish is all natural tung oil blend with beeswax.

Care note: Keep tubes filled with fresh water and rinse/change water every few weeks. As roots develop, cuttings can be potted into soil or left to grow in water.
